Peak Pinball Limited Warranty

Definitions:

Machine: Any pinball machine, bowling machine, bingo machine, jukebox, or related equipment.

Part: A replacement, reproduction, conversion, or refurbished part provided by a manufacturer.

Exclusions:

Most machines repaired by Peak Pinball are anywhere from 20 to 85 years old. Due to the age of the machines, Peak Pinball doesn’t provide any warranty for workmanship except as specified in “What is covered by this warranty” below. However, should an issue arise, Peak Pinball will work with the customer on a case by case basis for finding a fair and equitable solution.  We strive for customer satisfaction.

Repairing a portion or a function of a Machine does not constitute a repair on the entire Machine.

Some additional specific exclusions are as follows:

  • Repaired circuit boards which have been damaged or affected by chemicals related to battery or capacitor leakage, including adjacent circuit boards or connectors.
  • Any repair to a function or part that requires tape or glue to be held together.
  • Any temporary repair.

What is covered under this warranty:

  • A new Part will be covered for 30 days from the start of the warranty period, unless the Part has a longer warranty period specified by the manufacturer. Peak Pinball will repair or replace Parts, including labor but not including trip charges, that were installed on the date this warranty goes into effect, should they prove to be defective in materials or effectiveness.
  • A jukebox amplifier rebuilt or refurbished by Peak Pinball will be covered for 90 days from the start of the warranty period. Peak Pinball will repair a jukebox amplifier, including labor but not including trip charges, that was rebuilt or refurbished on the date this warranty goes into effect, should it prove to be defective in materials or functionality.

The warranty period starts on the day the repairs to the Machine were performed. You must notify Peak Pinball within 7 days of discovering the defect.

This warranty is to be interpreted and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado. If the repairs were made outside of Colorado, you might have other rights which vary from state to state.
